My first move into Radio was back in November 2010 when i joined Leisure FM (Radio for Braintree) with a short Saturday evening show, that soon progressed into presenting a 3 hour Saturday Sports show each week which I did until April 2012. Whilst being at leisure I also took on a Breakfast Show once a week, along with a Friday Drivetime show and did a joint show on Friday evenings called "The MJ & PJ Show" which was great fun to be involved with! The opportunity to broadcast from a couple of Local Music Festivals such as The Kelvedon Music Festival & Field of Dreams was also a great experience during the Summer of 2011.

I then joined another Station in March 2012 called Gateway 97.8 (Basildon & East Thurrock's Brighter sound) where I once again slotted into the Drivetime show on a Friday for a brief period and when the time arises I try to do a few one off shows for the Station.

Anyone who knows me will realise that i'm mad about Motorsport and have a real passion for it, so when the chance came to report for Radio Silverstone in May 2012 I lept at the chance to join the Station. This enabled me to report live from Race Circuits mainly Brands Hatch and Snetterton back to the Studio giving updates on the racing during race weekends. A few months later I wanted to get behind the desk and talk about Motorsport so at the end of 2012 I did my first show for Radio Silverstone live from the circuit, incorparating such events as Motorsport UK and The Walter Hayes Trophy.

I'm very grateful that all of the Stations let me slot back in for occasional shows when the time is there.

Since a young age I've always been a fan of Motorsport, one of my earliest memories and probably my first event would of been the BTCC back in 2002 at my home circuit of Snetterton which was a real high point in the championships history which saw some of the best racers taking part at the time and from then on I spent most of my Weekends at the Race track either Snett or my other local Brands Hatch. As soon as i was old enough I started contacting current Commentators to see how I could get involved in Motorsport, a few were very helpful and kind enough to reply to what had been my childhood dream of being a commentator and also give me a go during 2010 with my first part Commentary being at one of local circuits Snetterton, that then led to a bit of TV reporting for such series as The Fun Cup and SPEED Series during that season. 2011 was a year to try and gain more experience behind the mic with a few events here and there as I helped out on selected races at a few meetings, then before the year was over I did my first proper Commentary for MSVR once again at Snetterton and then the Vee Festival at Brands Hatch to round off the year which was really the start of the dream!

2012 was a superb year as more events were added to my calendar thanks to MSVR, 750MC and other organising clubs. I had the chance to visit a few new circuits as well during the season with first trips to Oulton Park, Cadwell Park, Anglesey and Mallory Park. Some of the racing I got to commentate on was The Britcar Championship, Fun Cup, My first 24 Hour race with the Citroen 2cv's, along with Truck racing and also got to try my hand at 2 wheel Commentary with the inaugraul year of Club MSV's Bike Trackday Trophy.

As I moved into 2013 I started work on the TV coverage for the 750MC Championships as I provided the interviews to most of the programmes throughout the year, mixed in with this I got to do my first live TV commentary for the annual classic touring car festival alongside Ian Sowman at Mallory Park. Regular circuit commentaries also gave me some more great racing to see including the mighty Truck Superprix which i've been grateful enough to work on since it debuted at Snetterton in 2012. I also joined No limits racing which is a fantastic organisation as their regular commentator for the year. I returned for another encounter of the always entertaining 2cv 24 hour race as part of the team again partnering up with the very knowledgable Charlie Butler Henderson, then there was the chance to work with a new organising club for me for the first time that being the HSCC which I thoroughly enjoyed.

2014 I jumped onboard with a couple of new ventures which included being part of the Team Honda WTCC outfit where I got the chance to visit new circuits and cities to work as part of the Hospitality team which looked after the teams and drivers with the opportunity to meet both Tarquini and Monteiro! I also joined the commentary team for the Rotax Max Euro Challenge which was a completely different challenge but one that proved very enjoyable working alongside the RGMMC team. There was also my UK commentary dates where again I worked at some of the best meetings in the Country including the wide variety of racing from 750MC, Live Motors TV raceday at Snetterton and a few more rounds of the sensational and very popular BRDC Formula 4 Championship.
